when would it accure at the earliest for a girl who is about 140 lbs about 5 ft. 4.5 has sum fat around the belly area and deffinitely has " love handles" think about the size wehn do you think back pain would most likely occure, or when would it usually is most women in general? PLEASE! i need really good asnwers or just any answers that you know are fact.

Any extra weight around the abdomen will cause back ache, even if you aren't pregnant.
I didn't get back pain until the last month or so, but I was 20 years old and weighed 130 in the 9th month; eneded up delivering an 8 pound 8 ounce baby.
