Well the main reason for the able2know account is so that communication from the site can be a shared task and so that it isn't specifically tied to any one individual (we won't mention any names so that Robert Gentel doesn't feel put on the spot).

And we have our last winner from Twitter, OCCOMBILL. He cleverly guessed North Korea, and with all but a few of the citizens restricted to the country-wide Kwangmyong intranet (not connected to the rest of the internet) and with Mr. Kim Jong-il and other DPRK elite failing to haunt these boards we had no visitors in the last year from North Korea.

Pick one of the hats Bill, and send us and address to mail it to. Thanks to all who participated as this concludes this contest.
