I just purchased Skype credit for the first time so I can make calls from my computer. I made a test call to my cell phone which turned out fine. Is there a way to have my home phone number register on a caller ID so the other person knows who is calling? Thanks!
@Victor Murphy,
Yes. Actually, it won't be your home number (land-line). It will be either your mobile number or your online (Skype) number, both of which are separate from your land-line number.
The information for setting up your caller ID is here:

@Victor Murphy,
Skype has also free services, too. Are you positive you need to pay for the services you need?
@Ragman,
I only took out $10.00 in Skype Credit. The calls are free if you are calling someone else's computer that also has Skype. I only know one person that has it!
@Victor Murphy,
I pay nothing for my usage of Skype and I video call (they have Skype) to them. Talk to a friend in England etc.
@Ragman,
Its costs nothing when you call people that have Skype.
