Rainsoft softener

I have a rainsoft softener which I bought a few years back, my problem is that the water runs out the regeneration hose all the time, can you help?

@busymama,
sounds like it needs new seals, too high of pressure can cause them to start leaking and they do wear out over time, the piston could be scratched also.
