Oil or water packed

I used to prefer albacore, but read that it is worse because of mercury.

Now I'm scared to eat it.

Mercury is apparently somewhat related to size..

I posted on all that long ago, but no link now. Katy's smokehouse wasn't the only place/affiliate that only trolled for the smalls. I just forgot the other brand name. Got those at my local co-op when I had dollars in hand.
