Posting is not blogging. Definition of a blog. Here's what posting is. Posting is generally seen as a dialogue or as encouraging a dialogue, even if a post is never answered. A blog tends to be a more uneven relationship between the blogger and anyone (if there is anyone) who comments thereupon. At least that's the way I personally see it. Hope that helps; I know we get asked about that a lot around here.

My blog is kind of a diary thing (it's about weight loss). It's even my second blog; I had one about sci-fi/diary but I found that one dull and I abandoned it a few years ago. I also write articles under my real name, which sort of comes under the news commentary definition of a blog, but it's for an online publication so it's a bit more like being a kind of a reporter (again, it's about weight loss).
