2.1 to hit the droid in a day or two

Did you have any problems installing it? Also, how does it work? Can you switch between 2.0 and 2.1 like you can switch between Home and Home ++?

nope, no problems at all.
once installed, on your tab for all apps, there will be 2 gallery's the old one and the new one. when opening a file online or something, it will ask what gallery you want to use, and if you want it to always used the selected one

I finally got around to DL'ing the 2.1 software Guit4rG0d suggested via the link provided. It is VERY cool looking and the new apps drawer is VERY cool! However, I am having problems with it crashing a lot and freezing. Had to reboot my system at least 4x since running it. May put off running it unless someone who has used it can suggest a way to prevent this from happening.

I think I'll have to wait until the official 2.1 releases. I don't believe I could tolerate the instability. Bit we're all ears.
