rainsoft gold advanced menu/ operator instructions

i have a rainsoft gold water softner that is getting too much water in tank and is ending up using a lot more salt. i need to know how to change the computer settings to correct this. i have figured out the rain drop button to access the advanced codes but cant figure out some of their specific meanings or how to set them. from [email protected]
