Rainsoft AQ24CT blowing fuses

My system has been blowing fuses. I found if I isolated the motor and drive gear assy the fuse would not blow. Researched previous threads and ended up changing motor/gear assy and piston and o-rings. System still blows fuses. Any help would be muchly appreciated. Thank you.

it could be one or both of the switches are bad.

Are you talking about the micro switches? It almost seems to me that it has something to do with a certain stage of the process. It doesn't fill the brine tank. I've checked the hose going into the brine and its clear, I can blow through it. After changing the motor/drive assy and piston with new o-rings and turned it on the cams rotated, the clear plastic valve, (with the ball in it on the back), filled with water and then it blew the fuse. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

yes the micro switches. they tell the drive motor when to shut off in the cycle
