How To Program Our Rain Soft Softener

We just moved in to a home in October, but we don't know how to program the water softener. It keeps beeping as well. Any help is appreciated.

model number would be nice,what's it look like ? red, white blue and yellow buttons, or just 4 buttons in an arc across the face?
