Well, you could pick people to follow, and my assumption is that one was somehow apprised of their postings, so that one was able to have a sniff at where they were.

Often we already, I think, tend to have a peek when certain folk have posted, because they are often up to something interesting.

Of course, somebody who actually KNOWS what it means will likely soon come along and correct me!
