So, I dance around from IE to Chrome to Safari pretty regularly or for different purposes.
I'm looking for a way to have 1 folder that all 3 of these browsers will look at that will have all of my bookmarks. When I add a bookmark from any browser it will update this folder, when I move to another browser the new bookmark will be there.
IS this possible?

It might serve the purpose. You'd just access the page with your bookmarks from whatever browser you are using.

I use delicious, but there's also Google Bookmarks which can sync with various browser bookmarks when you use plugins like their toolbar.
These days I only use my local browser bookmarks like a temporary clipboard.
There's a free program called URL Gather which can store all your bookmarks on your computer or on a flash drive. It even allows you to open the bookmarks in the browser of your choice. You can get it here:
