20 mg of proteins are registered in a epruvet, that has 200 mikrolitter solution. There have been homogenated 200 mg of a liver tissue in 2 ml of buffer. How much is amount of proteins per gr. of tissue

You can work this out with a little thought. Maybe even I could if I understood what an epruvet is. Mikrolitter must be microliter. You have some liver tissue in a little bit of buffer - but what has that to do with what is in your epruvet.

If you are in a class where these things are being discussed, and you understand the descriptive above, the answer seems to be workable with simple math and a conversion chart.
