@dlowan,
Thanks for posting that, Deb.
I don't know much about Jazz & knew nothing about Georgia Lee till now.
An indigenous Oz Jazz singer. Interesting, I must find out more about her.
But what a beautiful, clear voice she has!

It isn't entirely true I know nothing at all about Jazz. Just next to nothing.

I "dabbled" a little with it a long time ago, without much success, I'm afraid.

However I've never forgotten Billie Holiday, nor have I ever forgotten this very powerful, goose bump-inducing song.

But would this be considered jazz or blues? (Shows how much I know, hey? Neutral )

@msolga,
I'm interested to know what "terms of use violation" might mean. The video has been removed (from just this thread? From YouTube?) for this reason. The first time I've seen this happen to any video I've posted to this thread.
Can anyone explain what this actually means?

@msolga,
... I was wondering if the "violation" had occurred here, at A2K?
Or at the YouTube end?
Or maybe I shouldn't have downloaded it at all?

All very mysterious to me! Confused

@Rockhead,
Yes, Rocky, but what's meant by "violations".

Any rough idea?

Thanks for responding.

@msolga,
OK.

I'm posting another video of Graham Parker & the Rumour to see if there's any problem with this one ... :

@Rockhead,
My best guess is that the previous GP & the Rumour video might have been copyrighted material, Rocky.

Only a guess, of course.

Thank you for the information.
