My avitar says it is 90 wide x 100 high...but I get error message when I try to load the pic, saying must be 90 x 100.

That image is NOT 90X100.
It's 100 by 103.

If you need help getting that clip resized so you can use it as your avatar, let me know and I'll do it for you.
By the way, in case you were wondering, you can check the size of any image by right clicking your mouse on it and clicking on Properties. The pixel size will be displayed in the dimensions field.
