I think it just means that Indians have a better reputation and a more positive image than Americans.

Region already answered it succinctly, but to expound on it: Google is just pulling up the most common completions to the query and in general Google's algorithms are just big popularity algos, meaning just about everything they rank is reflective of how they are measuring human activity.
