Hmmm. Let's say Jane said, "I like it"

John replied, "I like it too!

Quote:
Jane said, "I like it"

Quote:
John replied, "I like it too!

I highlighted both quotes, and clicked "Quote".

I then highlighted "John replied...........", and clicked "quote" again.

If you want to make a comment between posts, just quote each one separately.

Quote:
Jane said, "I like it"

Yeah, but she likes everything! Laughing

Quote:
John replied, "I like it too!

John'll agree with everything that Jane says!

If I am quoting from two different threads, I just copy and paste the messages on "Word" first, and then do my quoting.

Hope that this helps!

Kev, if you wish to cite a membername as part of the quote, cut-and-paste the segment you wish to quote, then type in front of the quoted section

Code:
(Don't forget to enclose the membername within quotes)

and close the quote in normal fashion with
Code:
What you should get is:

membername wrote:
Quoted excerpt as cut-and-pasted

which in code is:

Code:
Quoted excerpt as cut-and-pasted
Darn, that's not what I wanted to do. I highlighted this (If I am quoting from two different threads, I just copy and paste the messages on "Word" first, and then do my quoting.) then clicked on quote, but I got the whole response.

Montana- I use Word, but you can used any word processing program. Just remember, when you copy and paste to the response box, delete anything that you don't want to show in the response, before you quote.
