We won quite a bit at Harrah's, but played it back. On the way home we made one last stop and won $300. That covered the car rental plus a couple of bucks.

This makes me want to post some Vegas photos from ... the eighties, very colorful, and Caesar's Palace was one of them. Too bad my scanner sits, growing older by the day.

Oh Edgar - how lovely. Your daughter is so beautiful. LOVE LOVE her dress (ok, I go gaga over wedding dresses - there's a thing!>

The only hitch in the wedding was lack of air conditioning. The days were 112 degrees and the couple's limo had no A/C, and the chapel A/C was inadequate. Everything else went very well.

Dys is the only A2K person who's photo actually matched my imagination.

Sending hugs 'n' kisses to Dys... like it or not, ha!

Ah, the bride is stunning! I too love that dress.

SO nice to actually SEE people I feel I've "known" for years now.

Oooh, that sounds a little bit ugly in that heat. Sad We just had a bit over 100, so can appreciate how bad 112 is.

I'm used to Houston's hot temps, but in Vegas, it has a dryness that can dehydrate you in a hurry.
