Mine include eggplant and any fishy fish; also clams and oysters
not big on pickles or olives.
Not food, but a drink - milk.
Anything with visible tentacles
Raw sea urchin.
I'm picky about eggs - don't like deviled eggs, hardboiled eggs in general, much less soft boiled eggs, eggs over easy, on and on. Don't put a quail egg on my sushi! I like that white mixed in where I can't see it, dammit, even in scrambled eggs. On the other hand, I'm fine with meringue.
With most other foods, I'm not picky in the way I am about eggs, but my interest will vary with the way the food is prepared.
@George,
Oh, I love tentacles - had some this weekend.
@ossobuco,
I'd probably try that.
I feel the same way about fruit as you do with eggs.
@George,
I was once in the Bahamas on the beach and saw a conch in the ocean. I remember the life guard at the hotel telling me how much he loved raw conch. I swam down and pulled it out of the water. I brought for victorous catch to him. He broke open the shell, pulled out the creature inside - he looked a bit like a large snail. The life guard then rubbed it in the sand (to clean it I supposed) and then rinsed it in the surf. He took a big bite, handed it to me and I took a huge bite. Yummy - nothing like the freshed raw conch! My friend would not try.
@Linkat,
I remember the sea urchin as slimy-mucoid...
@mags314772,
my husband pales visibly if you but mention egg salad; yet he loves deviled eggs.
@Linkat,

. . . considering wise-ass remark . . .
. . . deciding against it . . .
@mags314772,
Yes - I am repeatedly told so, however, it is a vile thing that apple pie - I've tried it and when I eat it, I feel like vomiting it is so vile. But then I will eat raw conch that I caught at the beach straight from shell and it is wonderful.
@George,
That is probably best - but it was squid and the tentacles are the best part.
I also like raw octopus - tentacles and all.
@Linkat,
I can't stand mashed peas. Absolute vomitsville.
