How does the deaf and mute man tell the blind man his mother is dead?

An Iraqi that I work with gave me this riddle and said nowhere on the internet I can find the answer. Here it is:

A man who is deaf and mute has a vision that his best friends mother has died. How does he tell his best friend who is blind, that his mother is dead.

Any ideas?

@physikal,
Lots. But I don't think they're riddle-esque answers.

Examples:

Call the guy vs. message relay and tell him.

Write something on a braille converter.

Sign to a hearing friend who knows ASL or a deaf friend who can speak, and that person can tell the blind friend.

Etc., etc.

Type the news into an audio speaker device.
Send a letter to the family asking them to confirm, they then tell the blind man.

I dunno, seems there are lots of ways, perhaps I'm missing the riddle in some way

@sozobe,
I tried the answer braille as well and he said nothing like that is available. Pretend they are on a boat with nothing around.

Don't tell him. Just give him another wife. He's blind. He won't know the difference.

He kills his best friend, who then sees his mother at the gates of Heaven, where all are freed of their ailments and handicaps.

@chai2,
Why does anyone want a virgin, anyway?

@physikal,

He writes a message on a piece of paper, finishing with the words "read this to him" then he gives it to someone who can read it to the blind guy.

I'll ask you that again in about 12 years, when your daughters are dating.

@physikal,
Most of the world teach their blind and deaf people how to talk in sign language, a blind person can feel the language, and the deaf can see it, this would be my choice of a way for the blind and deaf to communicate.

But how can he tell? He is mute isnt he?

I guess tell = HELP.

In their world, with no braille writing tools available, its not possible to convey this information for the deaf and mute guy.

The deaf and mute guy could touch his fingers on palm of the blind guy and try to write a message but it gives no guarantee that the deaf guy would understand it.

Only way is for the blind guy to realise this on his own!

I have seen this riddle before, the two guys are in a desert and the blind man is illiterate, so writing something in his hand does not work.
I have no idea how they solve the problem.

@physikal,
Morse code can be taught visually as well, so if your reply is how will a mute learn Morse code -- --- .-. ... . -.-. --- -.. . .. ... ...- .. ... ..- .- .-.. .- ... .-- . .-.. .-.. .- ... .- ..- -.. .. ---

It must be in the wording.
Maybe it's the thing that it's a "vision" and he can't confirm the authencity of the vision, thus rendering it useless to tell his friend so in the first place.

A vision's often something depicted as to coming in near future - Therefore the mother is not dead.
