@Tomkitten,
Dear TomKitten's wife,

So sorry for your loss. TomKitten was a respected and an esteemed member of A2K community. His comments were valued contributions here. I didn't know him well so I had no idea he was ill or anything was wrong. I hope he was not in too much discomfort.

Are you asking the powers that be to delete all of his comments or just not receive email to his account? His comments can't be deleted, unfortunately. but I don't think you're asking for that.

If you don't want to receive A2K updates to his email, all you have to do is go to the front page. and locate in the upper left side (last one of options) My Email Updates and just click on Unsubscribe From All.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have more questions.

@Tomkitten,
i would guess the help desk (contact us) at the bottom of the screen would get you an answer.

i am at a loss for the right words, but may he rest in peace, and may the burdens on your heart lessen with time.

hugs.

@Ragman,
Tom Kitten (me) is alive and reasonably well. What I need to do is remove my husband's name from the rolls. I know his A2K name, etc, so I'll go that route. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.

And thank you for the kind comment..

@Tomkitten,
Oh good!

I was going to say... I thought TomKitten was a girl!

Glad you're fine, TK.

@roger,
It's a year and a half since he died, and I'm still tidying up loose ends. I'd completely forgotten that I'd entered Bob's name in A2K. I did it so that I could have an alter ego on A2K, but never used it.

@Tomkitten,
Oh, my! Seems like only yesterday we were discussing various kinds of alarms.

Why not keep the account? I don't think there is any provision for removing a name, and someday you might want to say something important, but completely out of character.

@Tomkitten,
I didn't know Tomkitten was a woman. I am happy that you are well and although it appears to be some time now, my condolences on your loss.
