I think- if it's Romford - that it is nowadays a suburban town in Greater London and the principal settlement of the London Borough of Havering.

Essex is the county they make all the jokes about.* Some parts near London including Romford were absorbed in 1965 and are no longer in the administrative county of Essex.

*You know you've arrived in Essex when you see a sign saying 'Happy 30th Brirthday Grandma'

there's a guitar on ebay from there I want but they don't ship to the states... MUCH cheaper there than here...MUCH.

My family waas originally from Essex.... we're probably responsible for whatever high jinx goes on there....we're a randy bunch.

No I spray paint the oversized tires white and plant those giant sunflowers in them.... they frame my pink flamingo and lawn jockey collection perfectly....
