Honestly, I find these questions hard to answer with any precision. (That's why I'm taking so long to respond.) Among the people you've seen on TV, the most similar one to Blatham in the way he looks, talks, and thinks, is probably Robert Reich. (I saw him on TV this morning, that's what gave me the idea.)
