Rain Soft never worked!

I ok'd the purchase of Rain Soft over a year ago. The unit was put in and we had a horrible oder with our water. It smelled like sewer. Had not had that problem before. The young man said he could fix it. About a week, same problem. Six months down the road with this unit our smelled still and I had the company come fix it and service a new unit. I had paid more in repairs than I had in payments. This unit never worked and I have a 6000.00 bill. Iasked them to come pick the unit up since it could not do what I purchased it to do and that was to give us clean water. Since then they have sold the contract and just want their money. Noone has listened nor do they want to. The lady on the phone this morning wished me luck and told me to get a lawyer. How many others have been done this way?
