my stepson is graduating basic training. We missed his phone call and so he gave the informatin about what we need to do to get clarence into the graduation with his mother. She has not forwarded me the information, therefore we are afraid we will not get our information to him on time. What information do I need and who do I send it to?

Contact the public information officer at whatever base he went thru basic training at.
They can give you all the info you need.
Don't worry, they will be expecting you!
It will take place at a military base. You will have to show ID at the gate. They will give you a map. After that, just find the biggest meeting room.
Don't you have his commanding officer's phone number?
