Tough Riddle That I can't solve

I suspect it needs to be a question that is a paradox.

Example: Does the answer to this question have two letters?

I've seen others for one but not both.

e.g.

Yes

"Are you asleep?"
"Are you dead?"
"What is the opposite of 'no'?"

No

"Are you awake?"
"Are you alive?"
"What is the opposite of 'yes'?"

Those may help you figure it out as long as it's not just something stupid like "What question will I ask you?" or some such.

How about:

What's your name?

I suppose you could answer "yes" or "no" but it wouldn't make much sense. Or, if your name was "Yes" or "No", it wouldn't work but for the most part I think you'd be safe with that question.

What time is it?

or , how about...

"What question can you never answer yes or no to?"

The answer is. "Have you told your Parents that You're Gay?"
