How to change font of Google Ads ?

I am seeing how to change font of google ads like font of my site. Who can help me ? And if the font is changed , will it break TOS of google ?

If you do it externally yes, it will break their TOS. But they recently released options (with limited fonts) to do so. See their announcement:
