What electronic device could you not live without?

I just had my very old zen xtra 40 G mp3 player die after being drop once to often and I went into total withdraw from not being able to carry my music or audio books/podcasts around.

Dropping everything else I went and pick up a new 120 G hard drive for it and downloaded the needed software to breathe new life into this old old player and did not rest until I had loaded all my music and other mp3 files onto the new hard drive.

Now what electroinc devices would cause a similar reaction with you guys?
