@djjd62,
a lot of water helps.

So does exercise.
Hop on a bike for about an hour in the morning. Run for a bit.. DO something..

@shewolfnm,
showers... hot cold hot cold hot cold

and yes, exercise helps most...if you're not outright nauseous. in that case lying motionless in the dark cursing your very existence is the best cure.

Sweating helps, for sure, and exercise helps increase your circulation, which (if you've rehydrated) will increase the rate at which your blood gets filtered.

I've always found that the greasy hangover breakfast is a huge help. Not sure if the fats help absorb the toxins so that the liver can deal with them or what, but a high-fat breakfast always helps my hangover.

How can you have a hangover in Mormonland? Are you smuggling booze into
the compound?

Take a couple of aspirin with a large glass of water before you go to bed
and you'll be fine in the morning.

my cure is to not get hangovers, which is done by drinking only the best booze and knowing my limits.

@patiodog,
protein too. Eggs are my favorite. Tomato juice too (with or without the vodka). And, bacon/sausage/hash browns on the side.

@djjd62,
This one looks good. I read al about hangovers and it said B12, soda bicarbanate, water ans a few other things I forgot. I'm gonna get some of this stuff if I can find a source.

@dagmaraka,
Beer can get you plenty of B12 -- if it's bottle conditioned and you drink the yeast at the bottom.
