and yes, exercise helps most...if you're not outright nauseous. in that case lying motionless in the dark cursing your very existence is the best cure.

Sweating helps, for sure, and exercise helps increase your circulation, which (if you've rehydrated) will increase the rate at which your blood gets filtered.
I've always found that the greasy hangover breakfast is a huge help. Not sure if the fats help absorb the toxins so that the liver can deal with them or what, but a high-fat breakfast always helps my hangover.
protein too. Eggs are my favorite. Tomato juice too (with or without the vodka). And, bacon/sausage/hash browns on the side.

This one looks good. I read al about hangovers and it said B12, soda bicarbanate, water ans a few other things I forgot. I'm gonna get some of this stuff if I can find a source.
