Hi everybody
Does putting a mobile phone in the shirt pocket caues heart palpitations?
I've been told by my friend that it does happen. However, I have been doing this for years and I don't seem to experience any problem. But my friend's advice has frightened me out of my wits.
Please advise me.
Many thanks.
@tanguatlay,
I used to suffer from palpitations which seem to have
stopped since putting my phone in my shirt pocket !
I don't know about healthy hearts, but I can tell you if you have a pacemaker or a defibrillator you should not put a cell phone over it....where you shirt pocket would be. It can effect the device.
@tanguatlay,
Only if you have an attraction for the Phone. (OMG that is something Chai 2 would say).
@tanguatlay,
Sounds like it's your friend causing heart palpitations.
Good lord, NO. The frequencies emitted by a cell phone are about 1/10th the amplitude of the billions of radio frequencies that hit your body 24/7 in everyday life. Your car, your TV, the sun, computer screens, iPods... all of them emit radio frequencies. I don't care if you duct tape a cell phone to your left ventricle, it won't cause a palpitation any more than turning on your television.
@tanguatlay,
Only if your girlfriend phones you while your wife is there
