how to post embedded video

I'd like to post a piano piece but I don't know how to post embedded video - it's something I am interested in learning though.

Didn't want to mess up the thread asking there, so can someone walk me through step by step?

Those are instructions for youtube, for other sites you can use the flash tags but that can get tricky.
