They're druids, technically neo druids since the originals were all wiped out. They're a pretty weird bunch, but they're nothing like the Klan.

I would hope they did not have anything evil or satanic. You could find out why JWs eschew birthday celebrations either by visiting their website or by reviewing the 2 occasions where birthdays are mentioned in the Bible.
