my second post.. another riddle...

a black man wearing all black was walking along the black street...
all the houses and street lights were off..
there came a black car with its headlights also off..
as the black man crosses the road, the driver had a brake and didnt hit him...


Q:
how did the driver saw the black man??

PS..
please be kind to newbies like me..
i was disappointed on the first reply i got...
