@rosborne979,

So it's not guns which you are dwelling on.
At the moment, it is not; its not as if we were discussing
the relative merits of revolvers over automatics.

It's the philosophy of Gun Control (or not) which really interests you.
In which case you might not be all that interested in talking about guns
or posting pictures of them or anything like that.
You're just interested in the philosophy underlying the law. Right?
Rong.
At this discrete point in time,
on this thread, considerations of abstract principle have my attention.
However, I am fully capable of discussing my personal preferences
among submachineguns, and my vu of ideal defensive calibrations
and bullet configurations for handgun use, and elsewhere, I have done so.
I remember daydreaming at the age of 3 about the revolvers
I saw on the hips of police officers and bank guards. At age 8,
I armed myself with a .38 caliber S & W Model 36 revolver that I carried everywhere.
I sewed leather holsters for it and worked out with it on the Arizona desert.
My interests include both theory and practice.
I am a gun collector and I enjoy working out at gunnery ranges,
as well as discussing the constitutional jurisprudence pertinent
to the subject matter, which I find to be pivotal to the point
of whether the American citizen is
free and
individualist or is
docile,
cowering before our hired help, government, in a collectivist despotism.
