if that little snot-nosed 26 yr. od PT assistant treats me like I'm her doddering uncle today she's going to get an earful. Getting some Physical Therapy for my knees.

First of all, I'm not that old-- in my 40s.
Second, I'm paying for this service and I don't recall signing on to be the recipient of such huffiness.

It makes me nutty when I go to a dentist or doctor and the staff acts as if they are doing you the favor.
