Are instruction manuals available for older models?

I'm not sure how old this model is since it was in the house i bought. It doesn't work, but it did until a couple months ago. I'm willing to reprogram it or whatever it needs. But I don't have any paperwork for it. Can you help with this?

What are you trying to repair/reprogram?

I bet it's a water softening unit. The tag is mine, BTW. If I'm wrong, I'll change it.
