That's not a good deal; you'll end up paying four times the actual value of the coins. That means they must increase in value by 400% before you see any profit. It's for suckers.

why would you have to pay that much for a roll of coins is beyond me.

Go to the bank and ask for them. If they are made public, they will have a roll and it will only cost you exactly what they are . ( 10 dollar roll will BE 10.00 etc )
