Would anyone know about this coin? I have not seen anything exactly like this one. Pictures below.

It is probably a fake. Although it resembles a 5 Lire piece issued by the revolutionary government of Venetia in 1848, it differs from the genuine article in that the inscription is nonsense. As this site explains: "The novetly piece mimics the real thing using a whimsical image and jumbled inscriptions. These sell for a few dollars. "
