I am moving to Sydney and would like to know which are the best Primary Schools in North West Sydney.

Bizarrely enough I can recommend one.

My children attend Beecroft Primary. As schools go, it's fine.

However, you would need to be in the 'catchment area'. That means you'd have to live in or around Beecroft to get them a spot. There is an non-public school there as well; Arden.

If you do decide to try it, and your child/ren are girls there is one added bonus. Cheltenham Girls is a single-sex high school in the next suburb. It is rated as one of the best in NSW. Again, living in the area is the best place to ensure a spot.
