Correct.

It's difficult to explain these jokes. See, if you follow the link, the title is: "Flowcharts for People with Social Anxieties". The answer in the flowchart is saying, "You're such a spaz, you're going to answer 'not much," even though it's inappropriate ... because you are such a misfit in social settings ... and that's why you need this flowchart in the first place."

Get it?

That's what I was expecting - given the lead up after 'how well do you know this person' i.e. it doesn't matter the answer is always the same. Looks like this one took a left turn into another dimension.

can hear the penny echoing in the distance. You're making more sense - someone else was explaining it like the response was a normal 'silly' response, like 'What time is it?' 'Time to by a watch.' or 'Got a match?' 'Not since Errol Flynn died.'

It annoys me when these things aren't specifically determined with my preferred pedagogy in mind. Mr. Green
