I think the password has to be six (letters?) or larger, and if not, should be changed.

Arrgh. I hope you can find a way back, Lola. The help desk tries hard. One thing we found that solved the problem for me was this: Some time ago, but not too long ago, A2K changed from being www.able2know.com to www.able2know.org
My computer had trouble recognizing the new address.
