How to set my regenerate days

I am new to rainsoft and need to know how to set the days I want the system to regenerate. I have the pegs that need pushed in or pulled out on the various days. Which way do they need to be to make it regenerate on the requested day.

@rlambert,
Push all of the pins in and pull up on the ones that correspond with the days you want the system to regenerate.
