@BumbleBeeBoogie,
I tried to post the URL for this picture but it didn't work on the new site. What did I do wrong?

@BumbleBeeBoogie,

Dunno, but I have no idea what a "¤" is.

@BumbleBeeBoogie,
I found another source for the cartoon:

@BumbleBeeBoogie,
BBB, I'm assuming we are not seeing a photo because you don't have any code - one has [img] and [/img] before, and then after, the URL.
If you look at a reply box, you'll see ENAGBLE BBCode EDITOR in green above the box. Click on that. Enter the URL between the image things.
Alternately, click the green BBCode line, add your URL to the reply box, and then click on the image choice and it'll do it for you.

So, now I'll try it and see if it works.

@ossobuco,
No. So, there is probably something wrong with the URL.

@ossobuco,

It worked with the second URL -

@ossobuco,
Whew! It took a lot of work to get the damn cartoon here. I laughed when I first saw it posted by a Marine because it reminded me of my Maddy dog love of licking the remnants on my dish. Actually, Maddy and Dolly usually like the dish together. They like to share.

@BumbleBeeBoogie,
I think things are actually easier with the new reply and BBCode system, just that there was something wrong with that first link.
At least so far I think they're easier.

@BumbleBeeBoogie,
It's because the URL is not a link to a file but a link to a program that delivers a file. As soon as you have a link with a '?' and/or an '=' in it you are going to have problems in A2K displaying it as an image. It used to do this before the upgrade too.
