How Do I Get My Real Identity Back?

rather than trying to jump through some hoops and perhaps stumbling , i decided that i'll be known as HAMBURGBOY from now on - and under my new e-mail address .
you may still call me "hbg" - smiling - no more "emotions" permitted ?

i tried to reactivate my old self but by logging out and in .
surprise : a2k tells me that my old identity (hamburger) is already being used .
perhaps there is some way around my self-created problem but for the time being my new name(hamburgboy) suits me just fine .

after some sweating and help from ehbeth , i managed to get my old identy back !!!

HAMBURGER it is again , no more "hamburgboy" - do you think i'm a child ?
hrrrmmmp !

any and all former discontent expressed against the WONDERFUL new a2k were expressed solely by"hamburgboy" but never by hamburger ; let me be clear about that !

Click "Contact Us", select "Account and Log in Problems", Click Next, fill in the info on the left including name and email and put applicable info in the body of it and click "Submit". Do not fill in the stuff on the right about an account; that came with the Help Desk software and it helps, uh, no one.
