has anyone heard from Noddy?

Oooooof.

Hate to be the one to tell you, mags, but Noddy has died.

She went to the hospital due to complications from Crohn's disease, then once there it was discovered that she'd been having heart problems, and things spiraled downwards.

I have a hard time finding old threads here, but will try to find the thread that talks about her hospitalization, and her memorial thread.

We're all reeling from the loss.

Actually, I used to wonder what happened to my old Abuzz buddy duddy named Mags, but I gave up on ever seeing her again.

I'm still around. Very sad right this moment, but still around. I am devastated at the news of Jill's death. We exchanged emails every day for the last seven years, and I cherished her wisdom, her humor, and her generally self-effacing manner. She was a dear, dear friend, although I never met her in person. When the emails stopped, I had a bad feeling. I thought perhaps it was her husband who had died. I am thunderstruck.

thanks, dlowan. I have had an email from Dan McNeil this morning telling me how Jill died. I'm getting used to the idea now. I loathe it, but I'm getting used to it.

Is Dan Mr. Noddy of Son-of-Noddy? If you are in touch with the family, many of us a wondering how Mr. Noddy is doing. Any news of that?

I replied to Dan's email and didn't ask about Mr. Noddy except to say that I trust he will be taking care of Don and Iffy. If I hear back from him, I will report. In the meantime, he may well post here.
