OK, so how do I start using the "ignore" feature?

Uh.....

not that I've been wanting to ignore anyone, or anything. At all. Just, you know, hypothetical. But it's not working and I hypothetically reeeeeally want to ignore some people...

try it, cypher. click on my name,which will take you to my profile, click on 'ignore user' under my pic, and then come back here and look for this post. you'll see, well, you'll see nothing. it won't be here for you anymore. (you can unignore me from your profile)

If you use your back button, the posts are still often visible. If you refresh the page they should hide.

Seriously, there're really just one, maybe two people I'd like to ignore, just 'cause their posts routinely make me feel tense and I just don't need it. Even with those people, I'd just like the option to have breaks from them--couldn't ignore them all the time, that'd get kinda dull.

Hmm, I don't think it's that either--I'm not using the back button, I'm just going to the "my ignored users" link down at the bottom of the page, and it always says that I have none. I've tried it a bunch of times, given it a few minutes and checked again, etc...

Works for me - I've already got several people on ignore and it's great. No more stupid bragging talk, no more inane, tedious or mean-spirited discussions, no more zillion posts per day by someone who has nothing to say... it's a WONDERFUL feature!
