What do you think of Mr. Deity?

I have a confession to make: I'm a big fan of "Mr. Deity", a series of short (2-4 minute) films on how the Biblical God and his team really run the universe. Full of sly humor and intelligent insight, the series picks apart the ticks and conflicts of Mr. Deity, the creator of the universe, his technocratic production assistant Larry, the newbie actor Jesus whom everyone picks on, and Lucifer, who ... but I leave that for you to discover if you don't already know. I'm wondering who else on A2K knows and likes the series, so I thought I'd start a thread about it.

An organizational point: They somehow messed the sequence of the episodes. The first season episodes have direct links from the home page. The links to the second season episodes are within the window that opens when you open episode one, season one. Watch the first season episodes first, you'll need the character build-up from season one to "get" season two.

Actually I get some of it, but I think a lot of it goes over my head.

Interesting. Apparently the series is more in-jokish, and presupposes more knowedge of the Bible, than I thought
