I have spent the morning packing myself - and after working like a dog for the next 5 hrs or so will fly back home....
And then sleep - god knows I need it !!

Today I am posting my way to 1000
Got up early to take shower & get son to his special karate class on time. He didn't want to miss cartoons, so we were running late. Got there and found out we had written down the wrong time. We were actually 3 hours early. Sooooo.....back home, do laundry, fix lunch, read newspaper, then back in the car again. Dropped off A2K contribution to LibertyD who sent it in through her paypal acct. Went to mall and shopped (halfheartedly) while son in class, then back home again. Read mail, played on A2K. Tonight we are going to a Greek festival. Fabulous food, costumes, dancing, etc. We go every year...wouldn't miss it.
Harvested some eggplant, fixed the front tire of the bicycle, waiting for a friend to come over.
norwood mardi gras going to bed soon to recover... got to be up to be on set yucky
Went to eye doc in the morning and had eyes dilated. Decided to stay home from work and paint... I see colors much better with dilated eyes. Hmmmm. Not good decision re work tasks, but fun...
oh osso...I really really dont like the dialated thingy..iw, ick..how can you stand it...they have to hold me down basically..then again, they get pretty frustrated with me from the puff of air thing..I ALWAYS back off..so, by that point..they just want me out...funny how you can do something with dilated eyes...I just want it to go away...like a migraine or something of that nasty sort.
today..work...picking up around and about and then a bit of couch potato..and already its like almost bed time..need longer weekends.
I have complicated eyes, Quinn, am sort of used to it. You wanna hear about test with big goofy contact lenses with electrodes in them? Nah. Anyway, once home I am fine inside and paint colors look great.
It is true that that is so for work too, once I get there I can draw and design at least at concept stage even with the dilation. It's just that I needed gas in the car and was not in the mood to venture in full light blare into gas station arena. Plus, I am way behind in my painting, heh heh. Not to mention I got the dishes done.

dishes done is something I could do dilated I guess...heck...usually putting together some list of some sort anyway...keeping the mind off the situation is good
Taught class,went to class, 20 minutes each on exercise bike adn starimonste. Its worth it for the neat "walking on a trampoline" feeling after (yes, I'm one of those sick people who enjoys the bedspins post drinking, too!) .
Ah, I have enjoyed those for a short time.
tomorrow's a day off! S's family is in England. I'll garden there anyway since I'm salary (and care for the kitties). Then more morrowind.
did the work thing today and foodbank tonight.
Bottled tomatoes for 10 hours. I planted wayyyyy too many tomatoes this year and I'm in canning hell, LOL! Actually, I love canning, but enough is enough. I'm beat!!!
Taught this morning, snuggled with the GF this afternoon, vegging now.
Worked today, designed an amusing walk-in wood storage and trash structure 23.5 feet long, 4.5 feet wide, with hip roof, lengthwise, and a series of double doors, all built on a concrete pad. Well, amusing to me....
Came home, put on computer. Did laundry, a2k'd, ate dinner, answered phone. Will I paint tonight? I really should.
