Quite flattering really, to be taken as such a threat by a four foot brown snake.

I can hear the conversation now: "Hey Doc, can you take away the pain, but leave the swelling?"

I must be very careful where I step when next travelling in North Queensland. It's not the snakes I'm worried about, but what tourists are depositing on our roadsides (he was crouching, not standing)! Maybe this will deter them a bit.
