a+b+c=1
+ + +
d+e+f=2
+ + +
e+d+a=3
= = =
6 5 4
1=27
2=81
3=43
4=54
5=54
6=43
a,b,c,d,e,f=?
A baffling question as we don't know what to do with a,b,c,d,e,f. They can't equal anything unless we know whether to add them, subtract them or whatever.
A=5, B=16, F=43
D & E always appear together so we can't determine what they are, only that they total 38.
If we are looking for the sum of the 6, then it must be 108.
Re: Not in Portland
a + b + c = 27
+ + +
d + e + f = 81
+ + +
e + d + a = 43
= = =
43 54 43
This is the one of many solutions:
a=8
b=5
c=13
d=20
e=28
f=33

There are addition and equations signs!!
Since two of the equations are the same
e+d+a=43 (third row)
a+d+e=43 (first column)
you end up with five equations and six variables.
So I don't think you will get a unique answer.
